Description
Promethium (part of QCWare) is an enterprise SaaS quantum inspired computational chemistry company solving the largest and most complex problems in molecular research and design. We are modernizing chemistry simulation on high performance GPU based code. This allows our customers to more rapidly, and with more accuracy, design and bring to market new materials and new drugs.
Promethium is growing and we want you to join our mission to help our customers get to the winning molecules faster! We are adding a CustomerSuccess Representative to our team, who will focus on ensuring our existing customers receive value from their purchase of Promethium. This person will work with Sales team members to confirm customer success criteria and deliver against those criteria. This person will help customers identify novel ways to leverage the Promethium platform to improve their research workflows. This role will report to the SVP of SaaS Sales.
This role is located in the United States and requires minimal travel
